We don’t charge any booking fees, as we are getting paid by the hotels – not by
you!
Once you have submitted the booking form, you will receive an automated response
email stating your reference number.
Your complete proposal document outlining all suggested venue information,
itemized rate details, cancellation policies and location details will be send
to you by email within 2 hours.

- The booking has not actually been sent to S4v until you see the booking confirmation screen.
