Use our booking form to book your conference.We don’t charge any booking fees, as we are getting paid by the hotels – not by you!
Once you have submitted the booking form, you will receive an automated response email stating your reference number. Your complete confirmation document outlining all booking details will be send to you by email within 2 hours. For urgent requests, please call us on +44 (0)845 2250680.

- The booking has not actually been sent to S4v until you see the booking confirmation screen.
